Our interview processes vary depending on the role you are interviewing for. On this page you can view the steps of the recruitment process for each role. Generally, the whole interview process takes up about 2-3 weeks. Frequently, one can find that it can actually be faster than 2 weeks, but that depends on the candidate and team’s availabilities.

• 📱 Screen (30 mins) - first introduction call to learn more about your experience in recruitment, as well as to tell you more about the company and the role.
• Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins) - with Isabel, Chief Growth Officer & Co-founder.
• 🖥  Expertise Interview - (1 hour) It is a scenario-based interview around situations our Talent Partners face at the client.
• 🀄️ Values and Vision (2 Calls) - 30 mins each - talking values with our Head of People, and Vision with our CEO
