Introduction

Welcome to our very own Mental Health Playbook!

This is a selection of topics we personally felt important to reflect on individually as well as from the employer perspective. Mental Health is an extensive field and consists of many different elements, therefore, more research should always be taken into account and it should be kept in mind how personal this topic is and that it may form subjective opinions which should be respected.

At Acelr8 we continuously aim to give Mental Health the space it needs in everyone’s life - including the work life. We therefore strive to create an understanding of our boundaries at work as well.

We hope with this Playbook we can give some food for thought and some best practices helping you to provide a working environment where people can thrive and feel supported.

The articles are written by Acelr8’ers with different backgrounds and experiences which support internal mental health initiatives, therefore, each article has its own tone of voice. Enjoy reading!
